2 cups (225 g) quick oats

  • 2 (285 g, approx. 1.25 cups) ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/2 cup (125 g) natural peanut butter (or other nut or seed butter of choice)

  • 1/4 cup (45 g) semi sweet dark chocolate chips

  • a handful of chopped walnuts

Pre heat the over at 350.

All you need for this recipe is a baking dish, a bowl, a fork and a spoon.

Peel bananas and mash. Add the oats and mix together. Add the peanut butter and stir together until is seems like all the ingredients are evenly mixed together. Lastly add in the chocolate chips and walnut pieces.

Grease a baking dish and using a spoon make medium sized balls with the dough. Place them on the baking dish and lightly press down on them so as to thin them out.

Bake for 15 -20 minutes.

Enjoy this guilt free treat :)

Great recipe if you are breastfeeding as all the above ingredients help with production of milk!
